Meet The Art Therapist

Dakota is a dedicated Art Therapist with extensive experience helping children, teens, and young adults navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and disabilities. With a diverse background as a Behavior Specialist, Counselor, and Art Educator, Dakota has worked in schools, hospitals, juvenile intervention centers, and youth and family services, gaining a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs. Holding a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and continuing education training in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Dakota takes a person-centered, strength-based approach, making care personalized, holistic and meaningful. Her goal is to help clients express themselves creatively and achieve lasting growth.
